Frequently Asked Questions

Between 30min to an 1h 30min depending on the type of tracker that is being fitted and the type of vehicle the tracker is fitted in to.

Cut out tracker can be fitted to most vehicles but not recommended for vehicles under a motor plan.

3 months 

Yes you can set speed limits, you will receive notifications via website, app and email of exceeded speed limits.

Motrack is currently accepted by Telesure which includes, Auto & General, Budget Insurance, 1st For Women, Virseker, Dial Direct, Unity, Prosper and Lombardi with more Insurance acceptance coming soon. For insurance purposes, a Stolen Vehicle Recovery Service has to be taken.

Call 086 164 7278 , provide your name and vehicle make, model and registration number. Report your vehicle stolen. If you have the cut out function, cut vehicle out. You must  obtain a police case number which is to be provided to our Recovery agents. Without a case number, the incident will be regarded as false and will attract a charge of R1000 excl. VAT per hour.

We offer a 24 month warranty, not covering water damage, fire damage and over charging.

Always ensure your vehicles electrical system is in working order.
